A Franklin County woman is accused of setting a fire last month at a Mt. Vernon hotel.
Authorities say 37-year-old Adriane Parke was taken into custody Monday by the Christopher Police Department. She is charged with aggravated arson, arson and criminal damage to property.
The fire in question occurred December 2nd in a room at the Drury Inn in Mt. Vernon.
Parke is currently incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail pending a transfer to the Jefferson County Justice Center.
