Local hospitals are changing visitor policies as the state tries to stop the spread of coronavirus. As the situation evolves, this information may change.
Entry to the hospital will be limited to the main and emergency room entrances. All visitors will undergo a health screening. Only visitors over 18 will be permitted and only one visitor per patient.
Visitors are limited to two per patient, no visitors under 16 allowed. All visitors will be screened and the main entrance to hospitals will close at 6 pm.
Only visitors over 18 are allowed, and visitation may be limited on a case by case basis.
Pickneyville Community Hospital
Only two visitors will be allowed per patient, all visitors will be screened and must be over 18. Patients in the ER may only have one other person with them, with an exception for pediatric cases.
There is a limit of two visitors per patient, all must be over 18 and must check in at registration.
Families, visitors, and the general public are restricted from visiting the Hospital or Long Term Care Center for any reason other than to obtain medical services.
