Anna-Jonesboro High School Hopes to Hold Graduation in May, But Sets Alternate Date

Anna-Jonesboro High School

Anna-Jonesboro High School is hanging onto the possibility of holding graduation for the Class of 2020 on its original date.
The Board of Education this week said it will make a final decision soon and communicate that to the campus community right away. The original commencement ceremony is set for May 16.

The board also established an alternative date if May 16 is not possible. That date is June 27.

Board members said it's likely the COVID-19 pandemic will force prom to be canceled.
