A longtime Carbondale business is closing.
710 Bookstore announced Sunday it's shutting down after more than 50 years of service to Saluki students, faculty and fans.
In 2015, the business moved from its familiar location at 710 South Illinois Avenue to make room for the Evolve Apartment complex. Most recently, the business moved to South Wall Street, the former home of the Carbondale Water Treatment Plant.
The owners say they will close at the end of the business day on May 25th.
