The Jefferson County Health Department says a man in his 70's has died due to COVID-19.
The man had been hospitalized since April 14 and was a resident of a long-term care facility in Jefferson County.
A female in her teens has tested positive in Jefferson County. She's in isolation at her home.
There have been 79 lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in Jefferson County and three deaths. Eight of the positive cases have now been released from isolation.
