A second person has been arrested for his involvement in a shooting incident September 14th in Carbondale.
Carbondale Police investigators arrested 35-year-old Jamal Humes of Carbondale on Sunday for Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapons by a Felon, Aggravated Battery with a Firearm, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card.

This is part of the ongoing shooting investigation in the 700 block of North Robert A. Stalls Avenue.

All three of the shooting victims, including Humes, received treatment and have been released. Investigators determined a dispute amongst acquaintances led to the shooting incident.

Officers previously arrested a 17-year-old, who is in custody and on charges of Unlawful Use of Weapons and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
