Carbondale Police say a 17-year-old is in custody for a shooting incident Saturday evening.

Officers say the charges include Unlawful Use of Weapons and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
Police say they responded to reports of shots fired in the 700 block of North Robert A Stalls Avenue at around 6:15 p.m. Saturday. On arrival, officers say three victims had been taken to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale after being shot.

They now say two of the three victims who received life-threatening injuries are expected to be released from the hospital. The third victim - who was treated for non-life threatening injuries - has already been released.

Police say the shooting was the result of a fight, and that the shooter and victims knew each other.
