A family friendly music festival is coming to Touch of Nature October 7th through 9th.
The Little Grassy Get Down lineup features acoustic folk, Americana and rock performers from all over the Midwest.
Event promoter Bill Poss says they modeled the festival after the Wander Down Music Festival previously held at Touch of Nature.
“Very family friendly, kind of a retreat style festival where the kind of place where you can just go there and hang out for the whole weekend. You don’t have to go back into town. There's lots of great food and beverages, reasonable prices, and there's, you know, flush toilets and showers and things, there's places to camp, there's lodges to stay in.”
Other activities include mountain bike rides, rock climbing wall, canoeing and more.
