The U.S. attorney says 36-year-old Malcolm Brooks and 40-year-old Garry Gilliams are named in a seven-count indictment.
According to the indictment, the two men conspired to distribute 50 grams or more of meth from December 2018 to April 2019.

The two men are also accused of distributing 5 grams or more of methamphetamine on several occasions. Gilliams is charged separately with distributing 50 grams or more of meth on two dates in December 2018. The indictment further accuses Brooks of possessing with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of meth.

If convicted of the conspiracy charge, Brooks and Gilliam each face 10 years in prison. All other charges carry a statutory penalty of 5-40 years in prison.
