Search is On For the Suspects in a Carbondale Home Invasion

Carbondale Police are searching for two suspects wanted for invading a home Wednesday evening.
Officers responded to the 900 block of East Park Street around 6 p.m. Wednesday. They learned at 5:30 p.m. two suspects entered the residence, one displayed a handgun, and demanded money.  The suspects stole property and then fled on foot.  

The first suspect is described as a 25-year-old black male, around 6-feet tall and with and an athletic build. He was wearing a black sweatshirt and dark jeans with a hat on and the hood pulled up.  The suspect displayed a small, gray semi-automatic handgun.  

The second suspect is described as a 20-year-old black male, around 5-9, wearing a dark/black hoodie with jeans and the hood pulled up.
