A southern Illinois man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to robbing a bank in 2016.

The Union County State's Attorney says 32-year-old Chadrick Deon Miller of Anna has been sentenced to seven years in prison on one count of aggravated robbery.
Miller was arrested by Anna Police following an investigation that determined he went into the Southern Bank - formerly known as Capaha Bank - in November 2016 and threatened the employees with the imminent use of force, while verbally indicating he was armed with a firearm and took money from the bank.
