Images

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is providing assistance to the Jackson County Housing Authority in a fourth wave of CARES Act funding.
HUD says the nearly 16-thousand dollars to Jackson County will provide affordable housing to non-elderly people living with disabilities.

The agency adds this program helps to further the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act by helping persons with disabilities live in community-based settings.
