Curated by Flyway Fungi Festival and Chef Doug Robinson of Keepers Quarters, we bring a fantastic fungal feast for the ages.
1st Course Appetizers
-Dried mushroom seasoned lavash with onion dip
-Baked rosemary polenta with oyster mushroom ragu
2nd Course Main Entrees
-Mushroom medley tart with fennel, leeks, roasted potato & Swiss
-Pumpkin risotto with roasted chestnut & lion's mane mushrooms, fall squash, charred onion, apples, Brussels sprouts & pickled oyster mushroom relish
3rd Course Desert
-Candy cap mushroom & bourbon creme brûlée.
Two apps, two main courses, and a desert, all featuring mushrooms in their culinary splendor! This dinner will be vegetarian to accommodate as many diets as possible. If you are an omnivore you will not be disappointed by the way mushrooms can be used. Each dish will feature mushrooms in unique, delicious, and unexpected ways. This event is BYOB, but we will have a "Make Your Own Cocktail" bar set up with locally crafted ingredients and ideas for mixed drinks. Wine and Beer pairings will be announced very soon if you would like to bring either of those.
Tickets are very limited, so don't wait!! Tickets for the Flyway Fungi Festival are not required, but highly encouraged.
