The Little Egypt Arts Association (LEAA) and the Artistic Lens Photographic Society (ALPS) invite all photographers in Southern Illinois and surrounding areas to submit images to the 12 Annual LEAA Photo Invitational. You may enter images in any or all of the three categories Traditional Digital or Film Photography, Digitally Enhanced, and Black and White Photography - to be judged by an independent accomplished photographer. Cash Prizes will be awarded to the Best of Show and First, Second, and Third place winners in each category.

We invite 18 and younger to enter the Youth Division for free. Cash prizes will be awarded and they will also compete for Best of Show. Students can submit prints taken with a camera or a cell phone up to four images.

All other photographers can submit their images for a small entry fee of $20 for the first image and $5 each additional, up to four images total. All entry fee money will be divided among the prizes after minimal show expenses are taken out.

All prints are to be ready to hang, labeled, and delivered to LEAA the week of September 26th - October 1st from 9am - 1pm, additional hours can be arranged if needed. October 1st is the deadline.

The photography show will hang in the gallery at LEAA October 1st - November 13th. There will be a closing reception on November 13th from 1-3pm for prizes to be awarded, meet photographers, and artists to pick up their images.
