SIU Reviews: Loving
The new Jeff Nichols film, Loving, is a bio-pic that tells the story of Richard and Mildred Loving. The Loving's were plaintiffs in the 1967 U.S. Supreme Court decision Loving v. Virginia, which invalidated state laws prohibiting interracial marriage.
Film critic Walter Metz takes a closer look for this edition of SIU Reviews. Loving is currently in limited release. It is showing in the St. Louis area.
