Jackson County Health Department is providing flu vaccinations by appointment.

They recommend annual flu vaccinations for everyone 6 months or older.

The flue vaccine helps protect against the upcoming flu season and helps prevent the flu form spreading.

Vaccines are free to anyone with Medicare B, Medicaid, State employees, and State retirees who present their insurance cards.

Vaccination times are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with Tuesdays going until 5:30pm.
