Johnston City Police Seek Help in Locating 3 Missing Children

The Johnston City Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding 3 children...a 15 yr old boy and a set of twin boys.

They were last known to be with a woman known as Cassandra Carter and traveling in a 2012 white Ford Explorer, plate # BB72781.

Authorities say if you see this vehicle or know of their whereabouts call 911 immediately.
