Start Up introduced viewers to the intrepid world of small business, with a fresh and hip look at today's new wave of entrepreneurs. The series attempts to demystify the process of starting your own business by sharing the real life experiences of average Americans who are taking control of their own destiny. With a hip, modern style and a unique approach to traditional interview-based television, START UP is a truly original show that intends to inspire, educate and entertain viewers in a way that is neither dramatized nor exaggerated. It offers a sense of integrity that the producers feel is missing in mainstream reality television today.

Season two of Start Up gets right to the heart of the American Dream with brand-new episodes from the heartland – Atlanta GA, Asheville NC, Birmingham AL, Minneapolis MN, Detroit MI, Louisville KY, Nashville TN, St. Louis MO and Des Moines IA – featuring small businesses of all kinds, from The Celebrity Bus Drivers Academy and Drive Table Tennis to Graceship Laptop bags and The Hillbilly Tearoom.

The new season also features more 'How To' information and expert advice from known business leaders, and continues to tell the fascinating stories of the American entrepreneur.
