The federal government has cut the advertising budget for the Affordable Care Act (ACA). A health care group says that means more people have to spread the word about open enrollment. Claudia Lenhoff, executive director of Champaign County Health Care Consumers, says the federal government has cut the advertising budget for the ACA by 90% this year.
