They were dolls and stuffed animals.

It’s part of the annual doll clinic held in conjunction with SIU head start.

Spring enrollment at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is down.

But, school officials say they anticipated it following a decline in fall enrollment.

Governor Bruce Rauner will give his State of the State address this week, and experts say all eyes and ears will be tuned to any new information about the budget stalemate.
