WSIU Classic Vinyl Sale Coming September 22-23; Item Donations Accepted Through September 12

Carbondale, Ill. – Find your treasure at WSIU Public Broadcasting's 10th Annual Classic Vinyl Sale, coming to the SIU Student Center Ballrooms, 1255 Lincoln Drive on the SIU Carbondale campus, on Friday, September 22 from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday, September 23 from 10am to 6pm.

This year’s sale is being held in conjunction with SIU Morris Library's Annual Book Sale. Book sale hours are Friday, September 22 from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday, September 23 from 10am to 4pm.

Community partners include the SIU Credit Union (all Southern Illinois branches), Wright Do-It Center in Murphysboro, the Du Quoin Public Library, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce in Mt. Vernon, and the Olney & Richland County Chamber of Commerce in Olney.

Items donations of working stereo equipment, record albums, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, and electronic games will be accepted through next Tuesday, September 12 at all southern Illinois branches of the SIU Credit UnionWright Do-It Center at 208 S. Williams in Murphysboro, the Du Quoin Public Library at 28 S. Washington in Du Quoin, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, 200 Potomac Blvd., Suite 4 in Mt. Vernon; the Olney & Richland County Chamber of Commerce, 216 E. Main in Olney; and SIU Morris Library, 605 Agriculture Drive on the SIU Carbondale campus.
