WSIU to Air Multiple Saluki Basketball Games

WSIU-TV to Broadcast Multiple SIU Men's Basketball Games

Carbondale Ill. -- WSIU Public Broadcasting, a public media arm of Southern Illinois University Carbondale, is proud to present live coverage of multiple SIU Men's Basketball games for the 2012-13 season, beginning with tonight's 7pm game vs. the Bradley Braves, on WSIU-TV 8.1 and WUSI-TV 16.1.

All games will repeat the same day on WSIU's WORLD channels, WSIU-TV 8.2 and WUSI-TV 16.2. Games airing live at 7pm on WSIU's primary channels will repeat at 10pm on WSIU WORLD; all afternoon games will repeat at 7pm on WSIU WORLD.

Confirmed games scheduled to air on WSIU-TV include:

* January 2, 7pm – SIU vs. Bradley (home game)

* January 9, 7pm – SIU at Wichita State

* January 15, 7pm – SIU at Bradley

* January 23, 7pm – SIU at Northern Iowa

* February 2, 4pm – SIU at Illinois State

* February 9, 12pm – SIU at Indiana State

* February 19, 7pm – SIU at Creighton

Tentatively scheduled games include the March 2, 7pm game at Drake. Updates will be posted to WSIU's Live Saluki Sports web page at www.wsiu.org/salukis, or follow game updates on www.facebook.com/wsiutv.

Live Saluki Basketball on WSIU Public Television is sponsored regionally by Arnold's Market in Carbondale, Dr. Michael B.
