UPDATE: Missing Teen Found in Carbondale

Williamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick says a teen reported missing earlier this week has been found in Carbondale.

The Sheriff's Office received the report of the Missing Person Tuesday morning. Deputies say 17-year-old Cheyanne Matheny walked away from a residence on Holly Drive, near the intersection of Morning Glory Road and Spillway Road on Monday at about 4:00 p.m.

Matheny is not originally from this area, and was staying with a friend on Holly Drive for the past few weeks.

Sheriff Vick says investigators have spoken with someone who is with Matheny, to confirm her whereabouts and safety.
