Two Carbondale men have been charged with armed robbery.
The Jackson County State's Attorney says 20-year old Joseph Paden and 18-year old Jered McPike are charged with two counts each of armed robbery.
The two are accused of taking property from a business on East Walnut Street in Carbondale on Monday.
They face a potential prison sentence of 6-30 years. Since it's alleged a firearm was used, an additional 15 years in prison could be added to their sentences.
