Train-Pedestrian Fatality

Williamson County officials say a Marion man is dead after being hit by a train.Deputy Coroner Kevin McConnell says 63-year old Billy Tolley died early Saturday morning from injuries he received after apparently being struck by a train.  The accident happened at the West Boyton Street railroad crossing about 11:45 pm Friday. 

Marion police say Tolley was walking east on West Boyton when he walked into the path of a north bound Union Pacific train.  The accident remains under investigation.
