SIUC Chancellor Delivers State of the University Address

Southern Illinois University Carbondale Chancellor Rita Cheng gave her State of the University Address Wednesday before an audience of about 600 students, faculty, staff and community members at the SIUC Student Center.  Chancellor Cheng touched on the challenges facing the university as well as its successes and the future.  The speech was recorded live on Wednesday, September 5, 2012.
