SIU Groups Working Together To Bring The Latest HIV Information To Campus on Monday March 20th.

A Free HIV Health and Wellness Event is Being Held Monday March 20th In Ballroom D of The SIU Student Center.

The public is invited to a free educational event about HIV, this Monday, March 20th, 2017 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM in Ballroom D of the SIU Carbondale Student Center.  Garcia Latoya Farquharson, the President of the Caribbean Student Association, says, due to advances in medicine, the diagnosis of HIV does not mean the same as it did 30 years ago.

The free event is sponsored by the Caribbean Student Association in conjunction with the African Student Council, the Black Affairs Council, Rotaract Club, Saluki Rainbow Network and the SIU Carbondale Health and Wellness Center.
