Officials at SIU-Carbondale say no foul play is suspected in the death of a student, found in a campus residence hall room Thursday.
In a written release, the University says the cause of death has not been determined.
The identity of the student has not yet been released.
The university is assisting family members. It encourages the SIU community to keep them in their thoughts and prayers.
