Rend Lake Dam/Spillway Bridge to Close Temporarily

Bridge
Rend Lake Dam

The Rend Lake Dam/Spillway Bridge will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16 through 4:30 p.m. Thursday, September 17.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says this closure is necessary to complete routine maintenance that began in August to be performed to the roadways, guardrails and the upstream face of the Dam.

The corps says watch for closure signs at Sugar Creek parking lot and the west entrance to the Rend lake Dam.
