Quake Shakes Parts of Quad State

U.S. Geological Survey

A magnitude 3.6 earthquake shook part of the Missouri boot heel last night.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake happened at 10:51pm Wednesday, and people reported feeling it in parts of six different states.

The temblor was originally measured at a 4.0, but scientists have since revised down the number.

No damage has yet been reported, and the USGS is still looking into the quake to confirm its details.
