Police Seek Cape Girardeau Woman for Stealing from Animal Rescue Group

Police are searching for a Cape Girardeau woman wanted for stealing money from a non-profit animal rescue shelter.

Cape Girardeau Police are asking for the public's help in locating 40-year-old Elizabeth Hann.
She is wanted on two counts of felony stealing. While serving as a treasurer for Mac's Mission, she is accused of embezzling over 120-thousand dollars between November 2016 and September 2017. Mac's Mission is a non-profit and a Missouri state licensed rescue group, specializing in animals with special needs.
