It'll be next month before a judge will consider a motion to dismiss in the wrongful death case involving Molly Young.
Young's father, Larry, filed the wrongful death suit against Ritchie Minton last year. He accuses Minton of killing his daughter, despite a lack of criminal charges filed.
According to Jackson County Court records, the case was reassigned earlier this month to Judge Chuck Grace.
This week, the hearing on Minton's motion to dismiss the case was set for March 24th.
