This December marks the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This Document, created by the then member countries of the United Nations, specifically spells out the qualities of a decent standard of living for people.
In this feature, WSIU visits with Pamela Umlauf-Brown, the current President of the United Nations Association Southern Illinois Chapter, and the past president Olga Widener.
