Coach Kill Book Signing Sunday at SIU Arena

Book Cover

One of the most beloved coaches in SIU athletic history will be back in the area this weekend for a book signing.

Former SIU head football coach Jerry Kill will sign copies of his new book,  Chasing Dreams.
Two-hundred  books will be available for a minimum donation of $30.00. Each will benefit the SIH Foundation Coach Kill Fund. Over the years, the fund has distributed just over $500,000 to more than 1,200 cancer patients and families throughout the region.

Kill coached the Salukis from 2001-2007 and was the first coach in school history to produce four consecutive winning seasons. He led the team to five postseason appearances.

Kill retired from coaching last October due to health concerns.

He currently serves as Associate Athletic Director for Administration at Kansas State University.

Kill will sign copies of his book on Sunday from 4-6 p.m. in the SIU Arena concourse.
