Carbondale Bank Vandalized...Again

Logo

For the second time in less than a month, a Carbondale bank has been vandalized.

Carbondale Police say officers discovered graffiti on Regions Bank at 500 West Main at around 5:20 Tuesday morning.
A similar discovery was made on Thanksgiving morning.

Officers say it's unknown at this time if the incidents are connected, but the graffiti in both incidents was in protest of the North Dakota Access Pipeline. The investigation is continuing.

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact Carbondale Police or Crime Stoppers at (618) 549-COPS or (618) 687-COPS.
