The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a reported armed robbery near Johnston City.
Deputies say the victim told them he was walking in West Frankfort when he accepted a ride from a female acquaintance and three unknown men in a silver extended cab truck. They drove to a remote location north of Johnston City, where two of the men pointed handguns at the victim and the third man displayed a knife.
The men demanded all of the victim's property, forced him from the truck and drove off.
