A 10th and final defendant has been sentenced in connection with a 2017 murder in Mt. Vernon.
Police say Deon Frazier was sentenced to four years in prison for attempted robbery and attempted home invasion in the attempted robbery and shooting death of Deandray Jackson.
The following defendants previously pled guilty or were found guilty to charges related to the investigation.
John Wells – Murder – 70 years
Jarron Liddell – Obstructing Justice – Conditional Discharge (5 years DOC on unrelated charge)
Dantrez Brown – Obstructing Justice – 2 years Department of Corrections (consecutive 6 years on unrelated charge)
Lamar Williams Jr. – Felon In Possession of Firearm – 5 years
Lekedrieon Russell – Attempted Robbery and Attempted Home Invasion - 15 years
Curtis Devan Jr. – Obstructing Justice – 27 months
Gerrodo Forest – Attempted Home Invasion – 13 years
Tony Feggins – Obstructing Justice – 4 years
Z.P. – Attempted Robbery and Attempted Home Invasion – 15 years
